ALL CONCERNED GRADUATES

NOTICE FOR COLLECTION/RETURN OF UNCLAIMED NYSC CERTIFICATE

In accordance with the National Youth Service Corps Policy requiring all the Corp Producing Institutions (CPIs) to return all unclaimed Certificates of Exemption to the NYSC Headquarters, Abuja, after Six months from the date of delivery.

I write to request all affected graduates of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana who are yet to collect their certificate of Exemption, to collect such Certificates from the Student Affairs Department not later than 17^th December, 2025, following the procedure stated below:

1. Presentation of a copy of Statement of Result/Certificate
2. Student Identity Card, International Passport, Voters Card, NIN or Driver’s License
3. Part-Time Graduates are to print their Letters of Exclusion online

Please, note that failure to comply with the NYSC directive within the specified timeframe the affected will have to proceed to the NYSC, Headquarters, Abuja, for the collection of their Certificate
